Love working with Olivia and Juan, great company, people and service and very responsive

Last week we switched our office cleaning company to Olympic as our previous company was just not thorough. Olivia and her team ensured our office would be a lot cleaner than it was prior and they delivered. When I came into the office on Monday morning, there was a fresh scent, cobwebs that I was used to seeing were gone. The bathrooms were cleaner than they've been in a long time. I highly recommend Olympic Dependable Maintenance!

I have never heard of or worked with a company as reliable as this one. A whole house deep cleaned on the day I asked. Then the owner of the company comes to visit with rags in hand to give it his own personal touch …. Very impressive. All cleaning work is definitely guaranteed. This thorough cleaning job was approved by my Italian mother and you will not get a better approval than that. 5 star rating… I would add a sixth star for going above and beyond. Thank you Olympic Dependable Maintenance. (Whole house cleaning job was for a first time move in to a new home, carpets cleaned, windows cleaned inside and out, all kitchen appliances, wood floors, laundry machines, paint on metal hinges, tile, grout, walls, etc.)

I'm beyond speechless with the cleaning service, I received today. Talking about genuine, honest hard working people I cannot speak volume of the great job perform by Juan's cleaning ladies. So meticulous and payed attention to details, wow I'm blown away! I have had ither cleaning ladies in my home but by far I got a dosage, of kindness, pride and dedication. This is absolutely not a selling speech but my heartfelt experience with such an amazing crew. I found the one!

Juan is the definition of a hard working American, that truly cares about his customers, him and his team are always on time, and always get our office back to beautiful!!

They were very courteous and caring they did a great job on floors that needed a-lot of work. Brought them back to looking great. It was a complete pleasure doing business with them. We had a super experience with Olympic! They came promptly, gave a very fair quote and did a superb job. We have a 1600 Sq foot tasting room with an epoxy floor (public/commercial space). It was looking so worn that we thought we should have it refinished. Instead, Olympic came and did a deep cleaning with 2 types of cleaner and then put several coats of polish on. All completed in one day including drying time. The floor looks great!! Juan, the owner is very responsive and takes pride in doing a good job. We are very pleased!
